Its Nike new Basketball sneaker series which is design special for the University of Kentucky, the winningest program in college basketball history. This basketball sneaker has a a blue-white gradient on the upper and Wildcat graphic on the upper and fly-wire accent around its body. I think this sneaker is not for sale but you still can hope it will soon enter Nike retailer.
